Become a Member

Become a member or renew your membership by completing the form below!

Membership levels:

  • Individual: $30 - one adult or student, 16 years or older
  • Dual: $45 – two adults in the same household
  • Family: $62 – one or two adults and up to 4 children, all in the same household OR two grandparents, living in the same household, and up to 4 grandchildren
  • Add an adult, living in the same household: $15
  • Add a child, living in the same household, after the 4 children limit is exceeded: $10
  • Wildlife Guardian: $100 – family benefits, plus 5 one-day guest passes to Center

To add an extra adult or child to your membership, choose your membership for your shopping cart, then click "Continue Shopping". Then pick "Extra Child or Extra Adult" as an additional item. You can add as many items as you would like. Once you have added any extra adults or children, then type in all the names on the membership. 

If you are ordering multiple memberships, please do separate orders for each membership as the system is unable to accommodate more than one membership at a time.

 Memberships take 7-10 days to process, not including mailing time.
If you need your membership expedited, please call our Membership Coordinator at 828-259-8092 during regular office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).  There is a $10 charge for expedited service, unless you are able to come to the Center to pick up a temporary card.

After submitting your credit card information, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.  Please note that this confirmation does NOT serve as proof of purchase, and cannot be used at reciprocal organizations as proof of your membership with the Friends of the WNC Nature Center.  If you would like to expedite your order for an additional fee, contact Suzanne at 828-259-8092 or membership@wildwnc.org during regular office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
