Buy a Brick

The Friends of the Western North Carolina Nature Center are now selling engraved bricks as a fundraiser for many projects around the center.

Here is your opportunity to leave your mark at the Nature Center while contributing to native wildlife. When you buy a personalized brick, your name or the name of a loved one will be made a permanent part of the Center's pathways. Whether you are honoring a friend, client, family member or celebrating a special occasion, our engraved bricks make a wonderful and lasting gift.

Each brick is 4" x 8" with up to three lines engraved.

14 characters and/or spaces per line maximum

Minimum donation per brick is $100.00.

With the purchase of two or more bricks you may purchase a Friends' membership for half price.

**Note: Although bricks will be engraved and installed in a timely manner, the date of placement cannot be guaranteed due to requirements of the engraver and the necessity of bringing in a contractor to install the bricks. Donors will be notified when their brick has been installed. Call the Friends office (828-298-5600 ext. 308) to learn the estimated time for your brick placement.

Buy a Child's Artwork Brick $135.00

Each child’s artwork brick is 4” x 8”. Specific special instructions apply for making the artwork for these special bricks. Please call the Friends office at (828) 298-5600 ext. 308 for details.

Buy a Corporate Brick $150.00

Each corporate brick is 8” x 8” and may include a corporate logo. Specific special instructions apply for making the artwork for these special bricks. Please call the Friends office at (828) 298-5600 ext. 308 for details.
