Adopt an Animal Program

You provide the love . . . we’ll provide the expert care.

When you adopt an animal at the WNC Nature Center, you help provide a better life for one very lucky animal and you’ll have many reasons to feel proud. The program is designed to raise funds for the purpose of habitat improvement, environmental enrichment and education. That means better habitats for all of our animals and a richer lifestyle more closely resembling the kind they might have in the wild. Animal adoptions have helped provide major renovations to the cougar, bobcat and gray wolf habitats.

There’s no more rewarding gift than an animal adoption. You gain a special friend and lend support to the entire facility, while coming away with the experience of a lifetime. Best of all, your adopted animal will remain at the center where it will receive the expert care it needs. You provide the love without the worry or work.

Adoptions make excellent gifts and are good for one full year. What better way to say, “I care!”
