Wildlife Photography Opportunity

Saturday September 12, 2009

From 5:30 – 8:00 pm

 

          Guests are invited to visit the WNC Nature Center for an after-hours walk through of the center with their cameras to photograph our wildlife ambassadors at their leisure. Short presentation by Kevin Fitzpatrick, naturalist & photographer, on suggested camera setting along with time-line for optimum lighting in the vairous habitats. This two hour experience allows adult photographers a chance to get close to our animals with an added advantage of nature’s subdued evening lighting, a more quiet atmosphere with light snacks being served to keep your creativity flowing. 

          Fee is only $25 for members, $30 for Asheville city residents and $35 for non-residents. Check payable to WNC Nature Center. Advanced reservations required. Limited to 20, must be 18 years of age.  Call Keith at 828-298-5600 x305 for details.
